Class Description

Beginners Pilates– An introduction and maintaining the foundation skills of Pilates. This class is a very gently class, appropriate for those who are new to Pilates, recovering from injuries or those returning to Pilates after a rest.

Level 1 Pilates – An advanced class were you learn to advance your Pilates skills – concentration, power, endurance, movement patterns and mobility.

Body Blitz – Fat loss Fat loss Fat loss. This class combines interval training with resistance training to increase your metabolism therefore greater fat loss. The exercises can be adjusted to suit each individuals exercise level. Ensure you bring a set of weights, a towel and water bottle.

Yoga & Pilates – a blend of ancient yogic spiritual practice with the core stabilising and functional components of Pilates. A fusion of stretching, strengthening and calming of the mind and spirit.

Tai-Boe – blending ballet, tae Kwan do, boxing, hip hop dance, and weight training creating a fun cardiovascular session.

Please bring a mat or towel to all classes. Body Blitz requires you to bring a moderate set of weights.

$12 per class or $100 for 10 classes (concession card)


Nateele is the Lead Coach at Health Studio Group Ltd with a degree in Physiotherapy, a Masters in Health Practice, and a Master Performance Coach. Nateele has trained in Clinical Pilates both in the UK and Australia. Nateele and her team of highly skilled professionals have specifically designed the classes using the key principles of Pilates, Physiotherapy rehabilitation and Yoga to ensure you have the opportunity for optimum health and wellness.
